California state courts serve all people. It does not matter what language you speak or where you were born.
Only the U.S. federal government can decide immigration status. California state courts do not decide if you can stay in the United States. This guide provides resources from a number of governmental entities and organizations that help individuals with immigration matters.

Special Immigrant Juvenile classification
Information about SIJ classification, which allows undocumented immigrant children or youth who have been abused, neglected, or abandoned to stay in the U.S. and apply for lawful permanent residency and authorization to work (a green card).
