Notification of Decision Whether to Challenge Recommendation (Pen. Code, § 2972.1) (CR-170)

Tells the court whether the defendant accepts a program director's recommendation that the defendant continue in treatment, or if the defendant wants to challenge the recommendation by going to trial.
