Notice of Hearing on Right to Homestead Exemption (EJ-180)

Tells the owner of a house that it is about to be sold to pay a judgment, and that a hearing has been set to determine whether the owner lives in the house. If the owner lives in the house, the sale might be stopped, or the owner may be entitled to receive money from the sale of the house.
