Income Withholding for Support (FL-195)

Tells an employer that the court made an order for you or the other person in the case to pay child support, medical support, spousal or domestic partner support (and any past-due support). The order tells the employer how much money to take out of the employee's pay check, how often to take out the money, and where to send it. This is also known as a wage assignment.
