Additional Orders Regarding Child Custody Evaluations Under Family Code Section 3118 (FL-327(A))

States the requirements for the licensed psychologist, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, or psychiatrist who is appointed to investigate serious allegations of child sexual abuse or child abuse and make recommendations about the needs and safety of the child. This form is always attached to Order Appointing Child Custody Evaluator (form FL-327) when the court makes the type of appointment.
