Joint Legal Custody Attachment (FL-341(E))

This can be used as an attachment to many forms. Parents can use the form to make agreements, or request court orders, about how parents will exercise joint legal custody in the child's best interest. It can also be used to state the family or juvenile court's decisions (orders) about additional child custody issues.
