Child's Information Sheet—Request to Change Court Order (Welf. & Inst. Code, §§ 353.1, 388) (JV-185)

The court must mail this to a child after a dispositional hearing. It tells the child about their right to ask to change a decision the court has made about them and the rules that must be followed when they want to change a decision.
