Request to Expunge Arrest or Vacate Adjudication (Human Trafficking Victim) (Penal Code, § 236.14) (JV-748)

A youth uses this if they were arrested and/or went to court for an offense that they committed because they were a victim of human trafficking when they were under the age of 18 to ask the court to take the charge off their record. A different form is needed if the person was 18 or older at the time of the offense--form CR-404.
