Citation and Written Notification for Deferred Entry of Judgment—Juvenile (JV-751)

Tells the youth that the District Attorney (DA) has determined that they are eligible to be considered for deferred entry of judgment (dismissal of charges after completing probation) and orders the youth to appear at a hearing where the court will decide whether to grant deferred entry of judgment.
