Ex Parte Order Appointing Receiver and Order to Show Cause and Temporary Restraining Order—Rents, Issues, and Profits (RC-200)

States the court’s decision (order), without holding a hearing, to appoint a receiver (an agent of the court to hold property), gives notice of the date, time, and place that a hearing will be held about this appointment, and orders the defendant to come to that hearing to give any reason the court should not confirm its appointment of a receiver. Can also be used to order, until the time of the hearing, that the defendant give property to the receiver and not do things that might harm the property.
