Order to Show Cause and Temporary Restraining Order—Rents, Issues, and Profits (RC-300)

Gives notice of the date, time, and place that the court will hold a hearing about appointing a receiver (an agent of the court to hold property) and orders the defendant to come to that hearing to give any reason the court should not appoint a receiver. Also orders, until the time of the hearing, that the defendant give property to the receiver and not do things that might harm the property.
