Continuation of Citation (TR-108)

A law enforcement officer uses this when the Notice to Appear/Notice to Correct Violation form does not have enough space to list all the charges. This can be attached to a Nontraffic Notice to Appear (form TR-120), Traffic/Nontraffic Notice to Appear (form TR-130), or Notice to Correct Violation.
