Finalize your divorce

To finish your divorce, you must turn in a set of final forms along with your agreement to the court.  The steps and forms are a little different depending on your situation. 

After you turn in the forms, the court will review these forms to be sure there’s nothing missing. If not, the judge will sign the judgment, the papers will be filed, and your divorce is final.
