Figure out parentage

If you and the child's other parent do not agree or you are not sure if one of you is the child's legal parent, then you must first resolve that issue.

If you find that you or the other person is notthe child's legal parent, your next step is to fill out and submit final paperwork to the court so the judge can make an order that says that you or the other person is not the legal parent.
