Por lo general, puede terminar su divorcio sin ver a un juez
Pero, si está solicitando manutención del cónyuge o algo complicado, es posible que el juez programe una fecha de audiencia. A esto se le llama audiencia sobre la falta de comparecencia. El juez puede dictar una orden sobre la manutención del cónyuge en la audiencia. Una vez que tenga una orden, puede completar su divorcio.

This is the final court order that ends your marriage or domestic partnership.
